'87 48SS water tank vent hose discharge location?

    Bought the boat a year ago and had a leak in the water tank. While working on it I can't find where the vent/overflow hose discharges. Normally they are located on the outside of the hull in most boats. Can anybody answer this?

    Sometimes Ocean put them under the gunnel in the cockpit, if the fill was in the cockpit. Generally the vent is not very far from the tank fill.

    On my 42. The water tank fill is right next to the cockpit sink. When the tank gets full, it backs up, out of the fill into the sink. Overflow goes out the sink drain hose and out the transom.
