I just ran across this video of a recent (few weeks ago) crash involving a 747 aircraft. WOW! It's not a passenger 747 by the lack of windows & gray paint job. In my uneducated aviation opinion, something looks really wrong with the climb (rotation?). It's nose high but for a second or two I think I can see wing flaps down like he was trying to get the nose down. Massive cargo shift on take off? Well, I should have done a little research. I see several news accounts with explanations. One guy is saying too steep of a climb & classic stall. Another is talking about cargo issues. Either way, dramatic video! RIP to all crew
The transport was reportedly carrying heavily armored vehicles in the range of 30 tons apeice. The working theory is that at least one of the vehicles broke its restraining straps/chains during the climb resulting in a devastating shift in ballast. God rest those poor souls.
