I just bought my 2006 59 Marquis in June and I need to replace the anchor. I am having trouble finding one that will fit this specific boat. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Bob

When you type "Fit" , I am assuming the bow roller assembly?
Or deck chocks, or chain/shackle size, or weight per boat size?

Today's non-traditional looking anchors rarely do fit older roller systems.
Most of today's traditional looking anchors do not fit older roller systems.

I remember repositioning many rollers and some mods to the SS side supports getting better sized anchors in place on some boats.

    Any factory support?

Replace the anchor? What do you have and why replace it?

A few years back a friend had a marquis 59 which came with an undersized Davis anchor, factory installed. I suggested he upgrade to a Bruce/claw and never dragged again. I just can’t remember if he got a 66 or 110. It fit fine on the roller

There ya go, I just lowered the guide wheel to get our (over sized) Bruce styled anchor in.

do you have the build sheet in the back of the manual? For alot of the components it lists the sources.

Mine is on the boat, so can't look at it till I get back to FL. Probably in a week or two.

I purchased a 125 lb Mantus at the FLIBS 2 years ago. First I tried a plastic template from Mantus booth that I used to try on same model boat on show. Also had printed out a multipage 8.5 x 11 and taped it on cardboard at the match angles, then cut it out to try. The both test fits look good and proved successful in the rollers when I put the new anchor in place. I suppose other manufacturers also have similar templates. The Mantus holds great on my flybidge 59’.

    I bet it does.
At 125 lbs on a 59' boat, also a brick would hold OK... :D
