46 vs 47

    ALL,

    Here are a bunch of questions related to the 46/47 Post.

    What are the significant differences between the 46 and the 47.

    I know there are different power options....

    arent they the same length?

    I know the deadrise and entry are different? how different?

    what year were the changes? 89? was there another mod in the 90's?

    when did Post go to the cockpit ER access.

    I see the 47 holds slightly less fuel.
    did they shrink the aft tank to give ER access from the cockpit?

    Also the 47 seems not to have the fwd tank between the mains.
    where did Post put the fwd tank in the 47?
    is it moved forward against the companionway stairs?
    where is the washer/dryer on the 47?


    Im looking forward to reading the responses to help me learn more about this great boat and its evolution.
