    Starboard side folding cockpit boarding step's flush mounted twist type handle rusted solid with the locking pins extended so need to find a way into it to replace. Maybe under the teak? Anyone ever have this issue?

    Have you tried hitting it with PB Blaster a few times and letting it soak to see if it will free up enough to open so you can replace it?

    This afternoon I found a photo of same model Bertram without the teak and it has a screw in each corner of the step holding down what appears to be a fiberglass panel so I'm sure removing that will provide access in order to replace it once I find where to buy one.
