    I'm about to install a new windless in a 1986 3206.
    Q: Does anyone know where to run the wires? I have briefly looked at port & starboard side, looks like the port side may be easier due to head and shower on starboard, or possibly the bilge?

    I can't speech for the 3206 but my 355 and 450 both had windless installed at the factory and boat had the cables ran right down the v in the bottom of the bilge.
