The 2nd Annual 2009 Chris Craft Commander/Roamer Rendezvous being held in Huron, Ohio is filling up fast and slips are being reserved quickly. This year's rendezvous will include an appearance and presentation by Chris Smith III the great grandson of the founder of Chris Craft, Christopher Columbus Smith. He was an employee of Chris Craft when many of our boats were being constructed in Holland, MI. This is a very rare appearance and should bring people in from all over the great lakes. All Roamers in the transitable area should try and attend this event. Everybody wants to see the Roamers as was the chatter at the 2008 rendezvous. This event is exceptionally organized and everyone there has been through what we have and have many things to share. Unique Chris Craft prizes are given away and the hospitality and dining/nightlife are top notch to go along with the exceptional boats on display. Please visit the following website chriscraftcommander . org to get details of the event and contact me directly if you are planning to attend or would like more information. We were the only Roamer there last year and hope that many more can come this year to keep us company. I have had some confirmations from some of the larger Roamers which will be a true treat to see. All sizes welcome. Al Langlois The "Kimberly Ann" 1969 41' Aluminum Regal
