    hello
wondering if anyone has any experience with the 2004/05 roamer 40 -- am considering a new purchase , but dont have any background info except what the dealers say (and of course, they all say it's a great boat:) , have read some articles online, but nothing from a Real Owner, haha.

    thanks!

Wish we had more GRP Roamer owners on board to help answer your questions Dean. They are selling well, but apparently not to the most internet-saavy or convivial group of owners.
Have personally looked over a 40 Roamer and have to say that the quality looked good and I liked the amount of effort put into all of the design features.
Itz a toss-up on residual values, but at least it not another Sea Ray.:p
    Cheers!

I too have been on the new Roamer. What a boat! It's perhaps the nicest example of 40 ft. on the water. Furhter, I watched them build one, very interesting to say the least! I've never been on one under power though...sorry.

    Buy it!

Never been on one, but there is a dealer dangerously close and I have salivated over the 40 on their website. I like the dark hull color that is available. The 40 seem true to the roots. If you are here, you are different, and this is the boat for you! No other brand offers the history and the mystique of a Roamer. I hope you buy it and keep in touch with us...we'd love to see some pics of the interior!!! Take some when you go see it and please post?

GRP 41 Roamer or was it a 43?

    Eric,
I can't remember the gent who had one of the first "New Roamers" but he used to post fairly freq. in the old format. Any way of resurrecting the name?
