Is there a website that has Luhrs specific parts, i.e. doors, hatches etc.?

    Not really.

Since Luhrs Group went south, all of their brands (Luhrs, Silverton/Ovation, Hunter, Mainship) have mostly been out in the wind. Marlowe bought the Hunter brand, but reading suggests they haven't supported previously-built boats. Egg Harbor Group bought the Silverton (and maybe Ovation?) brand, but they provide no support for owners of previously-manufactured boats... and they've only actually built 2-3 Silverton boats, apparently originally to offer examples at a few boat shows.

If you can find a Luhrs owner's group -- used to be one, dunno if it still exists -- you can sometimes get some useful pointers from other owners. At least that can help for sourcing some parts -- which might be brands/models common to several boat brands (door locks or drawer latches, for instance) that you can often find online. And of course each of your sub-systems (ACs, engines, etc.) will have it's own manual.

Hatches and doors might be at the mercy of a local fabricator...
