I had the windows re-bedded, the sliding window removed and the frames replaced in 2003 during a complete update of the boat. They are now leaking again.
Anyone have any idea on how difficult this job would be and any tips from anyone who has done it
    thanks

It depends, sometimes you can get away with cleaning the caulking on the outside and re-caulking the outside without pulling the windows and that's not too bad of a job. If you have to pull the windows, you need two people and have to use that windshield wire and saw away at the bedding and then pull the window out, clean, re-bed, and put in (i'd recommend a professional do this as you have about a 5% chance of breaking a window.)

thanks for your response. The windows don't appear to be caulked, rather they are set in a black rubber grommet.
I think I will take your advice a look for a professional for this job.
I am considering changing them to to new frameless type, eliminating the aluminum frames
