    I have seen spiral stairs on the back of the transom to the swim platform on these modles...I have searched everywhere on the comp to where I can buy them... anyone have any ideas? I have searched several forums too and no fabricator mentioned in the forums.

    It was factory on 1994-1997 440 Carvers. My first call would be to Carver to see if they had a company make them or if they made them in house. My 370 had them from the Factory as well.

    well crap...the company in california can make one but have to ahve the boat there.... that cant happen... so now looking again.. no word from Carver yet..

    that would be so perfect... any idea who made those? I could install them myself just need to be able to buy the stairs...

    Wow, I actually know the boat in the picture. She was originally from Michigan City, Indiana. I have been on board more than a few times.

    The picture above, person should have put the power cords on the outside of his hand rail post this way it would not cause a trip step.
