   I can not locate the HIN for my 1968 Commander. Does anyone have any info that can direct me in the right direction? Thanks JR

   Boats built prior to 1972 were not required to have HIN numbers. Some states have issued HIN numbers for these boats but they are not actually on the boat anywhere. Do you have a HIN # on the title?
