I've found that Softscub with bleach is pretty good at getting out the yellow. I also like Collinite paste wax. Don't be waxing that non-skid though unless you've got good health insurance and don't mind broken bones. I was on the bow of a 28' Sea Ray yesterday where the non-skid was waxed. Keeps life interesting. On the non-skid try Woody-wax.

Make sure you wash only with a soap specifically designed for fiberglass boats. I have had good luck with Yacht Brite - "Bright Wash". It cleans well but does not strip off wax. Never use household detergents, dish soap etc. For waxing, I like Interlux Marine Wax with cleaner and Collinite. McGuire Flagship Marine works pretty well also.
