    Guys,

I just have a quick question and this seemed like the best place to get an educated answer.

I'm looking for a program to simply view CATIA5 drawings. So far everyone I've asked says "just buy CATIA!" which just seems like overkill to me since I have no desire, nor need, to do any sort of design. I just need something to open the files that are sent to me so I can view them and get the info out of it that I need.

    Any help?

    Cheers!

Best solution from my POV is to get the originator fo the files to export the drawings as DXF or 3DXML

You can then find far more easily a free dxf viewer (or use ACAD) and Dasssault have a Free 3Dxml viewer online for download.

I'd forgotten about this post... :)

Actually what we finally decided to go with was the Enovia Viewer.
