Welcome. 1) When was the gas tank replaced? 2) I believe that's a single with a lot of windage. (hard to dock). 3) Slow boat. 4) Sea trial on a windy day. 5) Are you sure you want to get involved in a 22 year old boat as a 1st?

1) Mine's 20 years old and still fine 2) The base weere T Merc 180's...mine cruises at 25 mph @ 10GPH 3) See #2 4) Tab it correctly and it'll ride just fine 5) I enjoy making my boat look better than most new ones
sorry to jump in on your thread but i just bought a 1988 27' montego and the helm labels are faded away... can someone send me the list from theirs??? port and starboard... not the guages ofcourse. Thanks.
