New Build Registry and Pricing

    Does anyone know of a registry where pricing can be obtained for new launches. I had heard ABS compiles a list from insurance information, is this true and can one access this?

    I am curious why you would say "I hope not". It was just something I had heard and wanted to verify. If true it would be a great tool to draw on for pricing.

    I do know the "***** Report" publishes an annual report on new launches and if I'm not mistaken, provides known value when available.

    When ever I am presented with a project that is consideralby different than what I have built in the past, market research has always proved useful. It's basically just another price check, I'm sure we all have scoured brokerage pages and contacted industry resources to back up what we believe is the price that will eventually land us the commission.
