A fully custom 80-meter superyacht will be built at Benetti. It is going under the project name 'Iron Man' and has exteriors by Giorgio M. Cassetta. Cassetta said, "We are honoured to create a new, beautiful design for a client that showed us his love from our very first meeting five years ago, and continuously supported our vision through his first and now second build with us. The great attention that he and his family dedicated to the definition of the design will be instrumental to the creation of a new masterpiece."

The existence of the project is known but not alot has been divulged about it. Delivery is anticipated for late 2028.

This is the current largest project in the Benetti sheds that we know about at this stage. The 80-meter Project 'Iron Man', belongs to a repeat customer of the yard and is being formulated to specifically to accommodate their "multi-generational family".

Here is an update on Project 'Iron Man'. Since May 2025 when the above photo was posted.... she has progressed in build and will now proceed on to the outfitting phases for her delivery in 2028.
