Does anyone have an insight in a 2006 Marquis 65? I’m thinking of purchasing one I know the boat because it was owned by an individual who I know, He owned a very large Yacht dealership and he had an open checkbook when dealing with anything regarding the boat.

Open check book doenst mean anything. It certainly doesn’t mean the work that was paid for was done correctly. I ve seen plenty of open check book, captain maintained boats, yacht management company maintained boats with things that left you shaking your head. I helped a neighbor with a 59 Marquis some years ago, including a trip to Bimini and overseeing some Maintenance. Not a bad boat, very few stupid mistakes by Carver .
