Detroit Diesel Ψοωινγτον - 6 71 turbo

Hi everybody !!!

I am new in the forum and this is my first post.

I just bought a used Chris Craft Commander 422 with 2 Detroit Diesels 450 hp from Covington.

I took out the turbos, and one of them is in really bad condition from the exhaust side. It is very rusty from the seawater, probably.

My mechanic told me that it is not repairable and I wonder where I can find this part of the Turbo, either new or used.

Thanks, Capt. Ralf. I am in Greece, but I believe I can find spares in the USA and bring them to my country.
Are there any recommendations for a good shop in the USA in the Gulf area? I have a lot of friends in New Orleans and Mississippi River, and it will be easy for me to bring some spares from there.

The Label on the Turbo shows the number 5103838.
The engine serial numbes are : (P) 6A 456203 & (S) 6A 456213.

I have found this, but I am not sure if it is the same.
