Here is another build Oceanco is supposed to be working on presently. There is no information on this build as yet. All we know so far is that it has an LOA of 110-meters and is penned to be completed in 2023.

Stern section of this new yacht has been launched from NMC Shipbuilders. Yacht has a large aft deck pool and big beach club based on what can be seen in this stern section.

...and it just came out the shed...ready to continue on to the finishing phase of build. At this stage she should complete by 2025.

Materials and systems were chosen not to reduce effort, but to redirect effort toward higher-value work, not repetitive basic maintenance. Durable, ease of care materials like honed stone and natural wool carpets reduce upkeep, allowing crew to focus on the things that truly matter, whether it is creating richer guest experiences, supporting onboard scientific work, or managing complex operations in real time. Traditional high-maintenance elements like polished handrails with wooden-cappings, teak decks and vast painted superstructure sections were intentionally replaced with smart alternatives such as composite capping rails / decks and full height glass superstructure bulkheads, all without compromising but enhancing aesthetics.
