Seems like the change of the ownership went over on May 2023. So almost 2 years.

Just a thought...I find it quite interesting.
During a conversation with a friend, he mentioned that the Damen Xplorer 105m, built in Turkey, has a list price of €350 million for the standard version. Of course, this price can increase depending on the chosen equipment, materials, and building specifications.
In comparison, the AHPO, 115m built by Lürssen...in Germany, with its stunning interior finishes (which may or may not be liked), costs €340 million.

Perhaps this is why no one has yet ordered the Damen 105-meter?

Not sure that would be outfitted in Turkey in reality. Also the current owner will likely profit quite well if they sell for around this price.
