1986 Ocean Alexander 56 "Carpe Diem" history - 6V92TA Detroits

We are considering purchase of a OA 56 and I was wondering if any US members knew the history of the 1986 Ocean Alexander 56 "Carpe Diem" now renamed and advertised as an OA 60 ? It is reportedly imported as a grey import to Australia from US @ 2010. It is advertised as having a total refit in the US @2009 to value of @650k US, which is a major refit, and unsure if it was OA factory, but still has original 6V92TA Detroit's with no mechanical history supplied. In 2022 it went through Grays repossession auction at highest bids recorded 230k AU. Its well presented for an 1986 boat with original engines and running gear but lack of history as a grey import is of major concern, and wondering if any members were aware of the boats history, either in US or Australia.
