I dropped a prop in Biloxi last fall. I have been trying to find the manufacturer without any luck. One prop shop thought it might be an Italian Propeller but they said it wasn't one of theirs. They say they can 3D scan my remaining prop and cast a new one but I can't see that being done for less than 7K. It is a 28RH30 Nibril 2" shaft with a 0.82 DAR. If anyone has any info please let me know. As a second option. Does anyone know the specs for the original prop for a '73 46.6 Sportfish? The current props work well but I do burn more fuel than the original tables call for. Obviously a result of the 4 blades and high DAR.
Send these pics down to my shop with all data on the boat/engines. https://tcpropscan.com/ Also, tap on the old Bert shop in the Keys, Danny may remember something. https://www.hightidemarine.cc/
Original Tables? Factory tables? Rite. My original Bertram factory fuel tables were a pipe dream on a light boat.
That prop shouldn’t be hard to find… maybe even used. Any good prop shop should be able to find it.
