    For many years I have tinkered and worked hard on boats.
    Our personal boat and others for profit. Spilled blood in many bilges.

    Many, many times I have sought for nerve relaxers, a logic inducing tools, a pain relievers and sleeping aids.

    A few years ago I started using a single Self-Therapy tool that helps with all of my needs.
    Today , free of charge, I'm going to share it with my Y F brothers.

    Below is the pictorial directions and your own instrument of relief tool, for your personal use.

    Sorry to hear your toilet broke. When I am unsuccessful at repairing an item, I do just that: bang it, although I sometimes consider other options like tossing overboard, cursing, etc. Just be careful that your surface being banged upon can take the impact from porcelain. Head banging can be expensive.

    May as well expand on this head banging thread.
    Anybody have a head-banger tales to share?

    We all have been here. May as well share your fun/blood-letting and self-therapy..

    As a numbing agent, I have been known to turn to booze. Some of you may recall some of my rants under the influence (RUI).
    Please forgive me if any toes were stepped on thru these 20 years. BUT, I am feeling much better now...

    Last week I replaced my buds 230Vac AC blower in his Hatterass.
    My last one and had to clean an inch of dust off of it. Sold it at a very fair price. Works like new.

    Yesterday, Confirmed one of my Bertram's AC blowers is dead.
    Been shopping for a replacement today.

    Bang head here;
