Another customer service failure…

    I trying calling Marquipt to get the price of a sea stair handrail…. 2 voicemails, no call back so I emailed their sales dot

    Next day I get an email saying it can be available in 2-3 days for $305.

    then an hour later I get this email apparently written by a 9 year old. Or maybe some call center employee in India. How do these companies stay in business?

    Seems the new owners of Marqrap is working harder to kill the company than the previous owners.

    They have absolutely horrible CS. I even brought this up with Garnett who’s one of the owners and he said they’re trying. That was a few years ago and still no change. BOW has some of those rails in stock. Might check there.

    I’ve started to deal with YRM of Fort Lauderdale, specifically Chris, they’ve been nothing but stellar.
