Went to buy a replacement timer module for one of our 7 headhunter royal flush heads today and it turns out that they don’t carry the original timers anymore. So we had to buy the new version which is actually a double timer as they apparently use two valves, one for the bottom jet and one for the rim. To make things worst, while the timer is set for 24 volts input, the output to the solenoid valve is now 12 volts so the solenoid needs to be replaced! as stupid as it gets… this is something I would expect from an Evil Empire company / aka domestic not from HH Cost for the new repair kit? $524.56!!!! And i should mention the timer that failed was only 2 years old… must be made out of chinesium.
My dearest brother Pascal Where do you think HH parts are from? Certainly not made in Liquordale,, And, I am sure made for other re-sellers also. Including DumbMetic.
