My radar almost killed a bunch of people

    Very, extremely, almost completely unlikely. Digital signaling of any distance uses parity to resolve single bit errors. Also, double bit(or more) errors are usually trapped by a check/sync byte, word, or other validation means(LRC). Which requires a re-drive of the block, or stream. Errors in modern digital signalling is so rare as to be inconsequential. Which is why one can download a video stream to a phone miles from a cell tower, and watch and listen to it without interference. Sometimes, there may be buffering, but bit(s) level errors are a thing of the past.

    Meanwhile we carry our iphones, or androids in our pockets. The put them on our laps while driving, or most likely hard up against our ears/brain. Keep in mind Steve Jobs and what he perished from.
