Yachting Developments has jumped back into the spotlight with their announcement concerning the launching of their latest offering, the 34.9-meter sportfish yacht "Gramac VII". The yacht showcases exteriors and Naval Architecture via Warwick Yacht Design. The yacht has been built utilizing carbon fiber for the hull and superstructure. It is a vessel built for long passages and high-endurance on the deep-ocean whether for the purpose of fishing or as a luxury-leisure platform. Regardless, Gramac VII presents dual V16 High Performance engines bein fed by 24,000 LT fuel capacity. These were built to order by Rolls Royce - MTU for this particular project and each engine develops 2,600 horse power to propel this 114-foot yacht to a 20-knot cruising speed. Additionally she is fitted with twin generators, twin water makers, salted ice makers, fresh water ice makers, large catch chillers and a live bait tank that could be mistaken for a small swimming pool.

Internally -at the yard- the yacht was known as hull 1024 while under construction. On the interior the layout presents an open plan arrangement. With respect to accommodation, there is comfortable lodging for up to 10 guests in four cabins Furthermore, there is also dedicated crew accommodation aft of the main engine room. The deck layout features a large mezzanine cockpit above the fighting cockpit, this provides an elevated outdoor vantage point for guests to watch the action up close. Yachting Developments is known for the sportfish yachts and one of the most notable specimens is the 39.5-meter "Lanakai".

Gramac VII is also for practical use being as nimble and maneuverable as she is brawny. With large-diameter props being well nestled inside deep prop-tunnels under the hull, the draft has been kept to a shallow 1.9-meters. This allows the yacht to pull into coves and outcrops without fear of grounding. Thanks to her 53kw/72 horse power bow thruster and a 42kw/57 horse power stern thruster she can easily turn on a dime with no issues.
