ISO an experienced captain

Hi - hope all is well. New guy here.

I am hopeful you would be so kind to help me out. I am looking for an experienced captain in Southeast Florida or the Keys. Prefer the keys. Specifically, i need someone who has significant experience with a 40-50ft cruiser.
I am in the process of acquiring a 4oft cruiser.

I would like to allocate 20-30 hours of time with a captain to go out with me to just keep an eye, provide constructive feedback on things i can improve and any guidance they see as appropriate. Most of the time initially, i will be alone as well so having a second and very experienced captain would be prudent until i get comfortable with this boat. Guidance with the electronics would be great as well.

My experience with boating, i grew up on boats but it's been a couple decades since i have spent extensive time on the water. With that said, i do go out every now on smaller boats so i am very comfortable on the water.

I have met quite a few people who claim to be experienced captains and mostly they seem to fit 2 categories, they are lying or they are condescending a-holes. A verifiable background and professionalism would be requirements.
