Record traffic at YF...

Back in 2007 thru 2012, we had many days when the number of viewers online was 3000 to 4000 a minute. When the televised news media began promoting Facebook circa 2013, we saw our traffic fall but over the past couple of years it has rebounded. Several other forum webmasters have also noted substantial increases in traffic. Today we had over 7000 viewers online (Sunday, January 15th 2023). There is evidence pointing to a migration away from big tech platforms.

This morning I checked 'who's online' and we currently have 10,800 visitors roaming the forums. For June 2024, we've been averaging about 40,000 to 50,000 visitors a day. July & August are typically the highest traffic months so we're off to a good start this summer...

There are many forums that drive big traffic; mostly automotive and recreational transportation forums. Motoryachts are a much more niche sector.

This morning we have a little over 10,000 people online. We've been averaging 50,000 to 80,000 visitors every day for the first 2 weeks of January...!

January 2025 is shaping up to be the biggest month in our 22 year history. January 1st to 27th...
