Sam's Marine Forum (they specialize in older Hatts) Search Tempest for a broad scope search of Craigslist. eBay If all else fails, reach out to Southern Boating magazine. They have a library dedicated to competing print brands. If they have it, they may be willing to part with the issue. Good luck!
Google has the magazine, I can't find any articles about a Hatteras 41: https://books.google.com/books?id=ggvzAcgRqgQC&lpg=PP1&pg=PP1#v=onepage&q&f=false Oh, now I found it, an article about the woman who owned Mad Hatteras.
I love the old magazines, especially the ads. Minimal to zero electronics, one manufacturer talking about why their wood construction is better than standard, anti-fouling now available in colours!
