I've got a 2016 510 that I got in July 2020 and this fall when it started to rain (I live in Seattle) some water was coming in at the bottom corner of the port windshield. I couldn't see where the source was but took it to Sea Ray and they ultimately pulled out the windshield and reseated it. Still leaked so I took it back in and this time they tested it (spraying water) and nothing showed up but the popup vent was leaking and even had black mold. That was replaced as well and guess what? Still some leaking in the same spot. I've looked all over an laid out paper towels and sprayed water in sections including on the sliding sun roof and can't find a source. It's not a ton of water but there shouldn't be any and my concern is rot at the source.. I'd appreciate any help, thoughts, similar experiences, etc. Thank you. (images attached)

Very odd. Is the water at the very bottom of the windshield as if coming up from under it or is it on the windshield above that point or running down it from another area. My thought is that it could be condensation collecting there.

Thanks for your reply. Its at the bottom of the windshield (below where the glass ends ) and it collects there in the corner until it spills out. Like I said, not a ton, but still concerning. I'm afraid they are going to ahv eto remove it again if I can't figure it out.

Sounds right. This time make sure they seal the corners. Still odd that rebedding it didn't work and that they couldn't duplicate the issue with the hose.

Allan - Did you ever figure out the water leak? I also have a 2016 510 Sundancer and I have had leaks on Port & Starboard. The Port ended up being a small hairline crack on the bottom of the outside oval fiberglass moulding. The Starboard side I have tried everything and cannot find where the water is penetrating through. On both leaks the water would fill the aluminum track and when cruising would leak out where the plastic caps cover the inspection / bolt covers on top of the track. The port side ended up filling the storage cabinet/ pit behind the couch and currently the starboard is dripping all over the couch etc :-( I have received the schematics of the windshield and side windows including the sunroof / drain locations etc. These leaks are definitely not coming from the sunroof. I will let you know when figure out what's going on with my starboard side. FYI Everything was fine until our heat wave this summer that hit 118 degrees up the Delta and probably hotter inside the boat when unattended. Bringing her up North this coming Spring and will probably have the yard in Van Isle re-seal everything on her...

A suggestion (you may already know this). If you're referring to Philbrooks, they're very busy. So, depending upon your cruising plans you may want to inquire well in advance about scheduling the work (I keep my boat in Van Isle and use Philbrooks).

Hi Bradley, I don't know if I ever figured it out but the leaking has stopped. (I still eave a towel by that same storage compartment just in case). I can't tell from your post if you've had the windshield removed and then re-seated. I did. I also ended up snaking some wire down the drainage holes. My boat had sat idle and unused for some time before I bought it and that's never a good thing as you know. I also had water damage to the overhead vent so go that fixed as well. These leaks are maddening and tricky and hard to diagnose. I hope the re-sealing fixes it for you.

Thanks Allan & GPO for the information. "UPDATE" Last Thursday we had a break in the rain so I put some silicone on the upper outer fiberglass moulding/ track on the Starboard side. I saw a very minor hairline crack that was barley noticeable. Well since Friday we have had tremendous rains and NO LEAK :):):) Strange that on the Port side the leak was caused from the bottom of the fiberglass moulding / track. Pics attached
