VisionF debuted the 80 Black Edition power catamaran at the Cannes Yachting Festival in early September. The Turkish company received alot of interest from that model at the show. Now there is news that the builder has received an order from a customer for the first VF 101 power catamaran. The 101 is a bit bigger than the 80 and naturally is going to be more voluminous offering more deck-space and interior space.

Onboard a maximum of 12 guests can be slept but for normal operations the vessel has five cabins in the hulls for guest and a spacious master suite also on the lower deck. Upstairs on the main deck the salon is quite large with a space encompassing some 55 square meters. Surely the enormous flybridge is where most guests will hang-out as it is fitted with ample plush seating, a bar, layout pads and a jacuzzi. Alternatively guests can head forward taking advantage of the wide bow area that can be fitted with a myriad of loose furniture to complement the built-ins.

The yacht will be made of all-aluminium having a wide stance measuring 12.9-meters (that's 42.5-feet). What 100-foot monohull do you know about with a 42-foot beam? Apparently not two but 4 Volvo Penta IPS 1050 diesel engines will be powering the new vessel. It is not clear what the top speed will likely be as yet. Regardless, with a draft of just 1-meter this yacht will be able to access anywhere it wants to travel.
