    She has been moored at a marina in Portland OR lately and I have yet to find the owner, mate or captain. She just may be. Can you imagine the stories. If so, she is a West Coast USA treasure for sure. She sure fits the USCG registration listing.

    If it is one I am thinking of, she was at one time used by at least one Pres in California, if the same one she was used in Vancouver BC as a charter boat and ran into difficulties with transport Canada regarding certification then went from there to Washington State.
