Go's stern being pushed while passing the bridge...

I didn't see any actual pushing there. They were just standing by.

He bumped the stern, but I didn't see any indication that he actually used any throttle... no prop wash behind the tender that I could see.

Easy there, Maritna_ra. No need to be offended nor confrontational. My comment comes from a place of knowledge, with or without glasses. I've taken large yachts through that bridge hundreds of times, and understand the mechanics of it intimately.
The inflatables (there was one on the port side doing the same thing) were standing by in case assistance was needed. They have to keep maneuvering in order to stay in position, and often touch the boat as a means of staying lined up. Truthfully, they may not have even been asked nor authorized by the captain to do so, but that's another thread all together.

The amount of throttle that little tender would have to apply to make any noticeable difference would be significant, and would have been VERY obvious.
