Where to get 5 day Rapid COVID test in Exumas

    Hi folks. I’m leaving Ft Lauderdale and clearing into Chub on Thursday the 8th. Wife and kids are flying into Staniels on Sat the 10th. Our 5 day Covid test will different days. The test is the 5th day you are in the country I assume.

    Where are they doing these other than Staniels? Can you get test to self administer on board? Anything at Highbourne? I’m assuming Compass wouldn’t have any but maybe Tucker has a stash. Appreciate any advice

    Yes 5th day after arrival but you can stretch it to 7 or 8 days if you are not near a testing site. No issues. This works out well if you have people staying 9 or 10 days. Do the 5 day test on day 7 and you re in the 3 days window to fly home.

    Staniel even if not staying at the marina
    Emerald Bay
    Gtown (across from peace & plenty)

    no self test. Some places in Nassau offer concierge service and come to the boat

    Hi Pascal. Is there a cost for the test and how long does it take to get results? Do you get them in person or by email?

    Included in the health visa fee. Results in minutes usually or sometimes a couple of hours by email.
