Horizon Yachts has announced the launching of the fourth hull in the V68 line designed by Jonathan Quinn Barnett. The yacht is called "Vindicator" and is expected to be delivered to a United States based customer. Although this launch is the 4th hull in the series it is the first to feature an enclose bridge design configuration. The enclosed bridge configuration is mainly out of necessity because the owners are from the West coast of the U.S where they would like to extend their cruise even in the colder climate at certain times of the year. An open flybridge design would not yield ample use of this space in those conditions.

The yacht has a three-deck layout and the main deck is aided by unobstructed views with the use of expansive windows on the sides. A custom motorized screen cover hides the television when not in use. The feeling of spaciousness and being one with the water is further enhanced by the open-plan layout of the salon that flows into a large joined galley and country kitchen. Heated floors and quartz countertops are among the many amenities fitted into the country kitchen-style galley, and detailed woodworking is found throughout. A folding glass door augments the indoor-outdoor experience between the main salon and aft deck.

Onboard you will find a three-cabin layout to accommodate up to six guests. A master suite, a VIP V-berth in the bow and a convertible twin cabin. This V68 comes equipped with a pair CAT C18s which are 1,150 horse power each. You can expect the 70-footer V68 to max at approximately 23-knots and cruise comfortably at 18-knots.
