    I believe the gelcoat issues were from 1997 til 2003.
    I think they were building 47's by then, no 46's.

    Post built 81 boats using the CCP 953 Series gel coat, and claims that in 2002 it began seeing massive cracking in 32 boats that were built between 1998 and 2002. Post stopped using CCP gel coat in 2002. I am not aware of the blistering issues that others have claimed.

    We have a beautiful well maintained 1988 Post 46 that we are selling. Located on the eastern shore of Maryland. You name it, our boat has it, new garmin electronics, SAT TV, every upgrade you can think of and too many to mention. If anyone is interested, please let me know.
