    I was in the delta east of SF Bay the other day and came across several large, older boats (200+). A couple seem to be under going a lot of work. Anyone know the story?

    I think these are some old passenager ferrys that were used as lofts / living space in San Francisco and then fell in disrepair. I think there is an an old coast guard boat out there also.

    Floating vessels are more convenient for meth labs. Lol.

    I remember when I would drive from SFO to Napa I would pass what looked like a Navy bone yard in the bay. I recall they were moored and rafted together.
