   News from Italian TV Broadcasting speaks about a new REV (Research-Expedition Yacht) to be built by VARD, a company of Fincantieri, in their yard in Romania and outfitted in Norway and finally in Romania again for a norwegian owner.
   Design is by Espen Oeino.
