Hey, Rick...i documented that process at the start of my thread. Look back at page 1 to see the foam form that I used. After I put the form in place and glassed it in, we worked it with fairing compound to finish the shape. I will post additional pictures to show the close to finished product. I also still need to do the port side and will post additional picture once we finish the starboard side.
Some updates to our progress! Getting ready to glass in new mahogany (aft rail) and finish fairing and filling the closed in windows and vents: Glassed in mahogany and most of the initial feathering done. Some updates! Had a few days of afternoons under 40% humidity. Just getting the running gear serviced and should be ready to get back in the water before Memorial Day weekend.

Real nice. I hope she is in the water for the interior work and I hope your AC works too. They get like ovens w/o AC.
