You'll have fewer people looking for jobs and more people hiring if prices fall very far, meaning that you'll still have to pay if you want to be selective. There is a real shortage of one armed economists.
Thank you for posting that info. The LHWCA has been an unnecessary cost for years in yacht building, and it is good to see it go. We will likely see less 64' 11" boats built to just slide under the 65' rule. Dan
