Hi, It isn't either of the two I have skyped with this morning or the one I talked to and another I skyped with yesterday.
Took this shot off the A8 Thursday - I may have time to visit ground zero this afternoon before I return home to the States in the early morrow morn.
I have a few shots, 439 to be precise. Here is the same as above, almost more impressive than the Yacht Show!
View from the helicopter? You're really twisting the knife in us, brother! How sweet it must be! Enjoy!
Sweet, yes for 24 hours! Now I am back in Sweden with achin feet and must have a sleep before I can post any more. Except for this "shower curtain"...
Never having been to the Monaco show, I found it interesting how many yachts are anchored outside the show. Here's an excerpt from an article by Lucy Reed of The Triton who is attending the show: As the 21st annual Monaco Yacht Show took form yesterday, brokers, business owners and even lenders are ready for that confidence to come back. And some say they see the signs. “It’s going to be a great show,” said Capt. Mark Elliott, a yacht broker with Ft. Lauderdale-based International Yacht Collection, not so much flippant as truly hopeful. “The rich have gotten richer this year as they have the past few years. “And,” he said, stretching an arm out toward the Mediterranean Sea, “there’s lots of product to choose from.” Indeed, there’s a second boat show going on outside Port Hercules, with about a hundred or more yachts at anchor, all for sale. “There were 110 yachts out there last year -- I know because I counted them,” Elliott said. “This year, I think there will be even more.” IYC has two yachts in the show -- the 191-foot (58m) M/Y Carpe Diem and the 164-foot (50m) M/Y Mia Elise -- and it has five at anchor. To reach them most efficiently, the company has hired three small boats to shuttle clients around the bay. Hppefully some of that "good feeling" will cross the pond and settle over here for the Ft Lauderdale and Miami shows.

Balconies are no longer found just on big yachts like Lady Moura, but also on smaller production yachts:
The swim platforms are now where you can relax close to the water and be reminded that you are on a boat...
There were a lot of models showing pretty nice lines, it is going in the right direction after a few years of non-designs...
