Concept no. 5 should probably have been something out of a future episode of Star Wars but this time I decided to go old school but still stay with the 85ft. sport fly bridge brief.

I guess this would be a good time to add some color to do her right.

Interesting....I'd say it has a slight twinge of Fexas in it

The following two concepts are suggestions to slightly different superstructures on an existing 100ft. hull.
I suspect the “brief” I received a while back is connected to the design contest suggested in the Yacht Designers Discussion thread. I probably should have posted there from the start.

    ...Ferrari you say… ;)

I'd take the first superstructure over the second... I feel there's too many visual obstructions on the second. The less impeding my view, the better.

    I agree Kevin.

Boy things are really slow on the boating forums aren't they.

You do have a great imagination Kajan

    Mike,

The more I look at that first design, the more classic it feels. I'm picturing all the red as polished mahogany, with a softer white hull.... not cream, but not glaring white either. The brightwork would be a bugger to maintain, but it would look real classy.

    Kevin,

The 640 resolution doesn’t help in illustrating polished mahogany, perhaps this helps?

For a perfection, imo. Sorry using your Pic to show what I meant.

…or perhaps with a raised pilot house?

By pumping some steroids into the previous 85ft. Sport Fly Bridge concept no. 3, you could get an extreme pocket explorer.

…in a galaxy far, far away.

I’m thinking a ceramic deck for those hot parties and the possibility to flood the catamaran hulls, lowering the boat a couple of feet, making it possible to use those large glass bottom parts on the center hull. At night with under water lighting, it would feel like you´re in space…

Concept no. 6 will conclude my little excursion. May the force be with you all.

    Thanks Orion.
This is the 85ft. concept no 2 from a while back in color with her slightly larger (100ft.) RPH sister.

Runs in the family. The previous, slightly updated 25 meter Sports Fly, 31 meter RPH and the new 40 meter version.
