The same story applies here as did on my Fort Lauderdale boat show pics I meant to post them just after the show but just haven't had the time. I had a really great day at this show, my friend Dan was with me and he can really make things happen. He managed to get us on board two of the yachts and then he prodded me in to talking to a broker to get us on to a new Westport. it was the first time I had ever been on a large yacht. now I just need to win the Powerball so I can buy one!
The pics in the first thread are mostly of the first Yacht we toured, she was the 84' Lazzara "Double Trouble" The guy in the all the pics is my buddy Dan. This post starts with the Bridge of the "Double Trouble"
Moving on down the dock and checking out the MTU display. Im used to big motors, I drive Semis for a living but these MTUs are massive motors.
Now we are on our way to the second Yacht we toured the 145' "Gotta Go". On the way we saw a Manatee among the boats. They asked I not take photos inside the "Gotta Go" but I did get a couple of shots of the show from the top deck.
Still on the top deck of the Westport shooting the boats around us and the last shot is the Bridge as we moved inside.
Again many thanks for your pictures , I really enjoyed them!! Wondering how the maneuver the big ships like the yacht from Trinity between the little wooden ways (don't know how they're called in English)
I'm pretty sure they move some boats in to place then build docks around them and then move more boats in to place.
