Anyone have any good lawyers in Florida or New York? I have to put a lien on a boat and need some guidance.
Thanks, I will call Moore tomorrow, but I think that I will probably more or less need a NY Atty. since the vessel is documented in NY. It does spend a large amount of time at Admirals cove in Jupiter, so I thought I may need to get a FL Atty as well to file down there.
You might want to consider where the work was performed and where she's registered/documented. http://www.st.nmfs.noaa.gov/st1/CoastGuard/VesselByName.html rather than where she spends her time.
