    The schooner Alabama of Vineyard Haven ran aground Wednesday near the mouth of the Mystic River.

    Better to run aground than to hit that huge mark that he is close to. I wonder how much that tug cost?

    I haven't heard any dollar amounts, but I'm sure it wasn't cheap.:eek:

    Last year we were towed into Montauk from Block Island. The 1st part was under the Sea Tow contract by Sea Tow Pt. Judith, but they switched us over to Sea Tow Long Island for about the last 3 miles. $1,037-:eek:
