Good morning all. I wanted to post this info just to get feedback. After an exhausting bottom job and some service work, we are now running 2050 and making 21.5-21.9 knots. I saw WOT at 26.8 knots. We are running 671TIB's and swinging three blade wheels. I am also almost full of fuel and water. Any thoughts on these numbers from like equipped owners on Post 43II's?

We have a bit more power, 500HP Cat C7.1's. RPM isn't useful since I have higher RPM engines. That noted, we cruise 23-24 kts at 70-75% per computers and top on the govenors at 29-30 kts. We swing 24" 3 blades. Full fuel and water, light crew.

Glad your back in the water. Have fun.

Nothing like when fresh out of the yard with new paint. What did you use on running gear ?

I have a 46 II w same engines w 24x24, the boat weighs 48000 in slings, and I'm somewhere in the 18-19 kts range at 2050 with EGT around 750, maybe slightly faster with clean bottom and favorable sea conditions

We used the Prop Speed on running gear. Hoping to keep the growth to a minimum. Happy with the speeds and fuel burn thus far. It almost makes all those hours on my back sanding worth it! LOL

Just two yrs. now since I had the bottom done and diver reports it's in good shape. Since I suspect they totally ruined Trilux a few yrs back turned to Prop Speed which when applied according to the directions appears to work very well.
