Recently acquired a 1988 Viking 41C. What a Beautiful Boat! I am wondering if anyone can give insight/ideas/info regarding performance upgrades, electronics upgrades, salon and/or cockpit upgrades. We love her as is! Just wondering if any of you offshore fishing fanatics have some twists or wiles to improve an already great yacht?
Welcome to Yacht Forums To help us answer your questions, We need to know what power, engine tune (HP), clutches and prop data. Trim taps (model)? Also what electronics you have now? Maybe a picture of your cockpit or inventory of what you have back there now. Many Viking owners here that can help but crystal balls are not usually available to all of us. Very first thing, I hope you received an oil lab report during your survey. All good? Any oil lab history? Any engine history?
