Here is another news thread for the yard since the original one was locked probably because it was too lengthy.
I'd imagine that a deal dropped out making her available now because Feadship said that Sakura was the only Yacht they were currently building that was for sale being built under speculation. Now 825 makes 2. For the benefit of others viewing this thread, here is what 825 is expected to look like.
Interestingly this project reminds me alot of "Lonian"....not that it has anything to do with it, just some aspects to it carry some resemblance.
Another hull hit the water, project 1013 a 100.8m. Quite a frantic and prolific year for Feadship, good for them.
Here a few pics. Project 1013 is rumoured to be the successor of Moonrise and is currently being built for the same owner. https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=711658400988603&set=pcb.711658784321898
This classic has been relaunched and is now called "Koru". She previously ran under the name "Azteca" as well as "Lionwind" and "Mi Alicia".
IMO ruined, just like they did with Highlander. I feel they are losing the original Bannenberg intent and what made these boats special. I get it that they need to modernize and make them more conducive for their needs, but these two boats were classic and modern all at the same time.
Feadship "Olympus" ex. "Sammax", "Samax", "Tango I" , "Samax", "Tits" returning to The Netherlands for some work...she is for sale currently.
